- Wheat flour2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Baking powder2 tablespoon
- Strawberry to taste
- Farofa... Sugar4 tablespoon
- Wheat flour5 tablespoon
- Butter or margarine3 tablespoon
- Condensed milk (finish) to taste
- Pasta: Beat the first 3 ingredients (in the mixer or by hand, as you prefer) until a very white and soft cream.
- Then add the other ingredients, mix everything very well until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured form.
- Place on top of this dough: chopped strawberries
- Prepare the farofa with the above ingredients.
- Pour over the strawberries, bake in the oven at 200°, or until golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and finish with condensed milk (optional)
