Strawberry Chocolate Mousse Pie

  • Milk Cream500 g
  • Chocolate powder 32% cocoa or more100 g
  • Colorless Gelatin50 g
  • Chocolate Bar300 g
  • Strawberries10 unit(s)
  • Cornstarch biscuit base that has the recipe on my profile teaching how to make it1 unit(s)
  1. First prepare the Maisena biscuit/biscuit base
  2. Take the colored gelatin and hydrate it by placing the 50g of gelatin in a small bowl with half a cup of water and set aside for approximately 5 minutes
  3. Blend 400g of cream with the two cans/boxes of condensed milk and the 32% cocoa powder in a blender
  4. After beating the chocolate mixture a lot, place the colorless gelatine in the microwave for 20 seconds so that it becomes liquid, add another 20 seconds if necessary...be careful not to boil otherwise it loses its effect.
  5. Pour the already hydrated gelatin into your chocolate mixture and beat for another 1 min.
  6. Now pour the liquid from the blender onto the cookie base.
  7. Let it freeze until it hardens for approximately 1 hour
  8. For the topping, melt the 300g of chocolate in a bar with 100g of cream in the microwave or bain-marie for a perfect ganache....
  9. Pour the ganache over the chocolate mousse to create a layer like the photo, and return to the fridge to harden the ganache.
  10. Wash the strawberries well, cut into strips as shown in the photo and decorate as you wish.
  11. After 2 hours it is ready to eat.
