Strawberry Chocolate Mousse Pie

- Chocolate powder 32% cocoa or more100 g
- Colorless Gelatin50 g
- Chocolate Bar300 g

- Cornstarch biscuit base that has the recipe on my profile teaching how to make it1 unit(s)
- First prepare the Maisena biscuit/biscuit base
- Take the colored gelatin and hydrate it by placing the 50g of gelatin in a small bowl with half a cup of water and set aside for approximately 5 minutes
- Blend 400g of cream with the two cans/boxes of condensed milk and the 32% cocoa powder in a blender
- After beating the chocolate mixture a lot, place the colorless gelatine in the microwave for 20 seconds so that it becomes liquid, add another 20 seconds if necessary...be careful not to boil otherwise it loses its effect.
- Pour the already hydrated gelatin into your chocolate mixture and beat for another 1 min.
- Now pour the liquid from the blender onto the cookie base.
- Let it freeze until it hardens for approximately 1 hour
- For the topping, melt the 300g of chocolate in a bar with 100g of cream in the microwave or bain-marie for a perfect ganache....
- Pour the ganache over the chocolate mousse to create a layer like the photo, and return to the fridge to harden the ganache.
- Wash the strawberries well, cut into strips as shown in the photo and decorate as you wish.
- After 2 hours it is ready to eat.
