- Lemon juice1 tablespoon

- Cornstarch Biscuit (2 packs)400 g
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Frozen berries300 g
- Sugar200 g
- Juice of 1 lemon1 unit(s)
- For the filling: Beat the cream cheese in the mixer until it softens well, gradually add the sugar on low speed. Add the vanilla, lemon juice and eggs. Beat until completely incorporated. Assemble the bottom of a removable rim pan with the cookie, cinnamon, and butter mixture. Pour the filling into the mold lined with the dough. Bake at 150 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce to 100 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes. Take it to freeze.
- For the syrup: Bring all the ingredients to a simmer, mixing constantly. Let it cook until it acquires a pasty consistency. Wait for it to cool down and hit the blender. Pour over the cold cheesecake.
