Strawberry bonbon on the platter

Mistura na panela o leite condensado, creme de leite e o leite em pó. No fogo baixa mexa sem parar até ficar no ponto de Brigadeiro. Deixe esfriar.
Na travessa coloque os morangos e por cima o creme. Coloque na geladeira enquanto isso faça a ganache.

Mix the condensed milk, cream and powdered milk in the pan. On low heat, stir non-stop until it reaches the point of Brigadeiro. Let cool.
Place the strawberries on the platter and the cream on top. Place in the fridge while you make the ganache.

 Derreta o chocolate com creme de leite e despeche sobre o creme. E volte para a geladeira.

 Melt the chocolate with the cream and pour over the cream. And go back to the fridge.
