- butter1 tablespoon
- cornstarch2 tablespoon
- baking powder1 coffee spoon
- sugar2 tablespoon
- salt1 teaspoon
- Butter for greasing0 to taste

- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Chopped Strawberries3 cup

- chopped milk chocolate200 g
- sour cream1/2 can(s)
- In a blender, beat the milk, eggs, wheat flour, butter, cornstarch, yeast, sugar and salt until smooth.
- Heat a greased medium non-stick frying pan and with a ladle, pour portions of the dough.
- Fry until golden on both sides and set aside.
- Repeat until the dough is finished.
- For the filling: mix the condensed milk with the strawberry and set aside.
- For the topping, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and mix with the cream.
- Divide filling between the doughs and roll up.
- Arrange on a platter and drizzle with the reserved topping. Serve immediately.
