  • Stout beer1 can(s)
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Chemical yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  2. Beat the egg whites and set aside.
  3. Combine the sugar, flour, beer and egg yolks in a bowl. Beat well with a whisk or mixer.
  4. Add the egg whites and mix with a spatula.
  5. Add the yeast and mix gently.
  6. Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan.
  7. Place in a preheated oven at 250°C for 40 minutes.
  8. Serve for afternoon coffee.
