- Condensed Milk395 ml
- Whipped cream500 ml
- Place the Condensed Milk and Whipped Cream in the fridge for at least 8 hours - it needs to be very cold
- Beat the condensed milk in the mixer until it forms a cream
- Add the whipped cream and beat again until it has a firm snow point.
- Remove from the mixer and add the Stikadinho Chocolate. We like to feel the chocolate chips so I break the squares by hand and add the dough. If you prefer, you can melt in a bain-marie and add the dough. Once the chocolate has melted, wait a minute before adding the dough.
- Take it to the freezer for 8 hours and your Ice Cream Dough will be ready!
