- In a blender add the milk, bread, eggs and condensed milk and blend well.
- For the syrup: In the same form put the sugar to melt. After melting well, add the water and let it boil for about 2 minutes.
- Add the blender mixture to the mold and take it to the bain-marie. I do it on the stove even with a couscous pan.
- Keep an eye. On the stove is faster! It takes around 30 minutes. Take the knife test.
