- Sugar for the syrup2 cup
- Milk600 ml
- Vanilla (optional) to taste
- Water1 cup
- Melt the sugar and add the water, make a regular caramel syrup. Reserve
- Chop the buns and leave a little "sauce" in the milk.
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend for about 3 minutes.
- Pour the syrup into the mold and add the blender mixture slowly.
- Take it to the oven, if you prefer in a bain-marie for approximately 45/50 minutes.
