- Coconut Flakes100 g
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Sour cream400 g
- Milk chocolate200 g
- In a pan, place the condensed milk, coconut milk and coconut flakes and cook until they release from the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat and add 200 g of cream. Distribute in individual portions or in a large refractory
- Chop the chocolate and add the other 200 g of cream and microwave every 30 seconds, mix well until it forms a hook.
- After the hook is ready, gently place it on top of the coconut cream, decorate to your liking and serve well chilled.
