- Milk3 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder50 g
- Black sprinkles (optional)30 g
- In a pan add the milk, butter and chocolate powder and mix until smooth.
- Add to high heat and stir until it boils.
- Leave on low heat and continue mixing until the contents release from the bottom of the pan.
- Turn off the heat and transfer the brigadeiro to another container.
- Add the sprinkles over the brigadeiro and wait for it to cool. You can help yourself!
