- Wheat Flour (1 Cup)265 g
- Balnilha essence (2 tsp)5 ml
- Use your favorite filling or topping to taste

- Place the eggs in the mixer and beat for 5 minutes.
- With the mixer running, gradually add the sifted sugar.
- Beat for about 10 minutes
- Add the balnilha essence and turn off the mixer;
- Start adding the flour with a sieve gradually;
- Gently mix with the whisk.
- Transfer to a greased and floured form;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for + or - 35 minutes.
