Bata as claras deixe em ponto de neve, logo após vá adicionando as gemas aos poucos , adicione o açúcar aos poucos batendo na velocidade média.
Adicione o leite morno aos poucos batendo levemente, agora adicione a  farinha de trigo de preferência penerada.( Vai fazer com que a massa fique leve)
Agora sem usar a batedeira
Adicione a essência de baunilha
Com um fuer misture levemente e adicione o fermento misturando levemente a massa.
Com o forno pré aquecido a 180°deixe por 30 minutos


Whisk the whites until stiff, then add the yolks little by little, add the sugar little by little, beating on medium speed.
Add the warm milk little by little, beating lightly, now add the wheat flour, preferably sifted. (It will make the dough light)
Now without using the mixer
Add vanilla essence
With a fuer mix lightly and add the yeast mixing the dough lightly.
With the oven preheated to 180°, leave for 30 minutes.
