- Refined Sugar200 g
- Vanilla essence (I use white to not change the color of the dough)5 ml
- Emulsifier10 g
- Wheat flour275 g
- Water40 g
- Baking Powder12 g
- Beat the eggs with the sugar just to mix.
- Reserve the yeast and with the mixer off, add the rest of the ingredients and beat again for 12 to 15 minutes until you form a fluffy cream with the consistency of a mousse.
- Now add the yeast beating a little more so that it mixes well in the dough.
- Bake in a pan lined with parchment paper, no need to grease the bottom or sides of the pan.
- Unmold while still warm but not hot! This dough is perfect for making party cakes, you will love it!
