- 01 Box of Milk Cream200 g
- 01 Box of Chantilly200 ml
- Sicilian lemon04 unit(s)
- Milk Chocolate Bar180 g
- Whole Milk1/2 cup
- Biscuit Maizena300 g
- *First, place the Chantilly box in the fridge for 12 hours, so that it is very cold, then only after that time start preparing the dessert.
- *To prepare the lemon cream filling: Beat in the blender, 01 Can of condensed milk + 01 cream and the juice of 02 Sicilian lemons, for about 03 to 04 minutes, until it becomes a thick cream and sets aside.
- *To prepare the lemon chantilly topping: Put 01 box of condensed milk + the juice of 02 Sicilian lemons in a container and mix well with a Fuê, until you get a thicker cream, then set aside.
- *Now remove the Chantilly from the fridge, beat at medium speed until it is very consistent and then add it slowly, gently mixing with a spatula, the cream of the reserved cover, until it is very homogeneous. And the lemon whipped cream is ready.
- *Grate the chocolate bars and mix a little in the filling cream and reserve some of the zest for the topping.
- *To assemble the Pave: With each layer of Maizena cookies, quickly soak them in milk and place them in the refractory.
- *Assemble the Pavê layers in a refractory, in the following order: 1° Biscuits already soaked in milk 2nd lemon filling cream with chocolate shavings And repeat the layers in that order, until you finish with the filling cream.
- * Lastly, place the lemon whipped cream on top of the cream filling and sprinkle with milk chocolate shavings. Take the Pavê to the fridge and leave it for at least an hour.
- Now all you have to do is enjoy this wonderful dessert, which is cold, refreshing and very tasty.
