unsalted butter1 teaspoon
White chocolate50 g
grated coconut100 g
Orange gel food coloring. to taste
Crystal sugar to coat the sweets1 cup
Wooden/bamboo sticks or chopsticks20 unit(s)
Green satin ribbons20 unit(s)

In the blender, beat the condensed milk and the grated carrot until smooth.
Transfer this mixture into a small saucepan.
Add, white chocolate shavings, unsalted butter, grated coconut, orange gel food coloring and stir non-stop over low heat until the mixture doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
Remove from heat, transfer to a plate, cover with plastic wrap and let cool.
With your hands greased with butter, or wet in water, model the sweets in the shape of carrots, pass them in crystal sugar and make risks with the help of a toothpick.
Then stick the wooden or bamboo toothpick with a green satin bow.
