- Milk1 cup
- Chocolate powder 50% cocoa1 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Sift the flour, chocolate and baking powder well, set aside.
- Beat the rest of the ingredients in the blender until well incorporated and transfer the mixture to a container.
- Add the flour little by little and stir with a whisk, so as not to lose the air, enough to homogenize everything, without beating too much.
- Cut the parchment paper the size of the bottom of the shape you are going to use, place it in the shape, grease and flour the bottom and sides of the shape.
- Pour the dough into the prepared pan and bake in a hot oven at 180°, on average 40 minutes.
- Run a knife on the side of the cake and unmold it while it is still warm, remove the parchment paper carefully not to crumble the cake and cut in half or in 2 slices, it will depend on the shape you used, fill with the Gourmet Brigadeiro Recheio, and decorate with chocolate shavings.
