- In electric mixer, beat the egg whites.
- Add the rest of the dough ingredients and beat.
- Spread in a greased 35x25 cm shape.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°.
- Heat the cream and coconut milk until it thickens.
- Transfer to the blender and beat with the powder for maria mole and the condensed milk, spread over the cake and take it to the fridge for 3 hours.
- Cut into squares, roll in coconut and keep in the fridge until serving.
