- Recipe
- 70% chocolate or milk chocolate200 g
- Whole or semi-skimmed milk400 ml
- Can of Sour Cream1 unit(s)
- Cocoa powder to sprinkle on top of whipped cream to taste
- Whipped cream or marshmallow to taste
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave every 30 seconds.
- When the chocolate is melted, mix it with the cream until smooth, like a ganache.
- In a pan put this ganache and add the milk
- Mix well and cook over low heat until thickened.
- Turn off the heat and stir for another two minutes.
- Wait for it to cool down and put it in a pretty mug
- Serve with whipped cream and sprinkle cocoa powder on top 😉🎅🎄
- Ready 😋🎅🎄
