- Maizena1 tablespoon
- Egg whites4 unit(s)
- Cinnamon for sprinkling to taste
- Sugar9 tablespoon
- Margarine and brown sugar (preferably) for greasing to taste
- Grease a microwave mold with margarine and sugar. Cut the bananas into slices and arrange on top of this mixture. Beat the yolks, add the condensed milk, the cornstarch and the essence. Pour this mixture over the bananas. Microwave on medium power for 4 minutes, then on high power for 2 to 3 minutes. Then beat the egg whites, add the sugar, until you get the sigh point. Place over the cream. You can sprinkle cinnamon over the meringue.
