  • Sour cream (cx)2 unit(s)
  • Passion Fruit Juice (Tang)1 unit(s)
  • Whipped cream (ex of whipped cream)1 unit(s)
  • Chopped chocolate200 g
  • Chocolate for ganache400 g
  1. Beat the condensed milk, cream and passion fruit juice in a blender. Reserve
  2. Beat the whipped cream until it reaches the point, add the passion fruit mixture and the chopped chocolate. Reserve.
  3. Melt the 400g of chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, then add the cream and mix well.
  4. Put the passion fruit cream in a refractory and the ganache on top, take it to the fridge for 20 minutes. Serve cold.
