- Passion Fruit Juice (Tang)1 unit(s)
- Whipped cream (ex of whipped cream)1 unit(s)
- Chopped chocolate200 g
- Chocolate for ganache400 g
- Beat the condensed milk, cream and passion fruit juice in a blender. Reserve
- Beat the whipped cream until it reaches the point, add the passion fruit mixture and the chopped chocolate. Reserve.
- Melt the 400g of chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, then add the cream and mix well.
- Put the passion fruit cream in a refractory and the ganache on top, take it to the fridge for 20 minutes. Serve cold.
