  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Heavy cream2 can(s)
  • lemon juice120 ml
  • packet of champagne biscuit1 unit(s)
  • Milk to hydrate the biscuit to taste
  • Lemon zest for garnish to taste
  1. Gather all the ingredients;
  2. In a container, mix the condensed milk with the Heavy cream using a fouet;
  3. Whisking constantly, gradually add the lemon juice until it reaches a mousse-like consistency;
  4. Line an ovenproof dish (24X16X5cm) with a little lemon mousse;
  5. Soak the champagne biscuits with a little milk and place over the mousse;
  6. Place another layer of mousse and intersperse with the biscuits soaked in milk until you reach the top of the refractory. It is important to remember that the last layer of pave must be lemon mousse;
  7. When you finish the layers, decorate by sprinkling lemon zest and take it to the fridge until it freezes well;
  8. Serve and enjoy!
  9. To make your lemon pave even tastier, you can add Sicilian lemon juice, it will make your pave sweeter. Another tip is to soak the cookies in milk so that they become softer. In this process, you can flavor the milk with vanilla to give the pave an extra taste.
  10. And to finish the recipe, decorate with meringue, or whipped cream and very thin slices of lemon.
