- Sugar2 cup
- Oil (or 3 full tablespoons of margarine)1 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Cornmeal2 cup
- Milk1.1/2 cup
- Salt (Pinch)1 unit(s)
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- In the mixer, add the eggs, sugar and oil. Beat until it becomes a whitish cream.
- Add the Wheat Flour, Cornmeal and Milk. Beat Until Mixed.
- Add Salt and Yeast. Mix well.
- Transfer the dough to a greased form with margarine and wheat flour.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
