- Corn oil80 ml
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour into a 25 cm diameter round pan, greased and sprinkled.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 50 minutes or until a knife sticks out without residue.
