- Chemical yeast.1 tablespoon
- In the blender place the eggs, oil, sugar and milk and beat very well.
- Then add the flour until it forms a homogeneous mass and finally the baking powder.
- Pour the dough in a greased shape with margarine and sprinkle sugar mixed with cinnamon to give a crispy crust to the cake.
- Bake in the oven for 40 to 45 min at 180° Do the toothpick test to see if it's baked inside. Wait for it to cool and unmold.
