Sugar2 cup
Chocolate powder1 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Milk (for topping)250 ml
Cornstarch (topping)1 tablespoon
Condensed milk (topping)1 can(s)
Butter (topping)2 tablespoon
Chocolate powder (topping)1/2 cup
Granules to taste

Mix all ingredients (except for the topping) in a blender and blend until smooth. Place in a greased shape with butter and bake.
For the topping, mix all the topping ingredients in a pan (except the sprinkles) and heat over medium heat until thickened. Drizzle the cake and finish with the sprinkles (optional)
