- Milk1 l
- Sugar1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Corn starch5 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Blend the corn with half the milk in a blender.
- Strain and then hit the blender with the rest of the milk, salt, sugar and cornstarch.
- Place in a pan and cook for 25 minutes, stirring without direct.
- Place on a greased baking sheet. Serve warm or chilled with cinnamon on top.
