Wheat flour3 cup
Sugar2 cup
Margarine4 tablespoon
Eggs3 unit(s)
Milk11/2 ml
Baking powder1 tablespoon

Separate the yolks from the whites.
In a refractory place the yolks, margarine and sugar. Mix with a spoon until you have a homogeneous and clear cream.
Gradually add the flour and milk alternately, continue beating.
Incorporate the egg whites into the dough lightly, mixing from bottom to top. Finally, add the yeast and stir gently.
Place the dough in a mold with a hole in the middle, greased and floured.
Bake in medium oven for about 40 minutes or until you test with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
