- 2 cups (tea) wheat flour 2 cups (tea) sugar 1 cup (tea) milk 2 eggs 4 tablespoons (soup) oil 1 pinch of salt 1 tablespoon (soup) baking powder vanilla essence to taste (optional)2 cup
- separate the yeast In the mixer, beat the other ingredients for approximately 5 minutes. Remove the bowl from the mixer, add the yeast and mix carefully with a spoon. Pour the cake batter into a greased and floured cone shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
