- Wheat flour3 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Margarine4 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Milk350 ml
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Beat the egg whites. Reserve.
- In the mixer, mix the yolks, margarine and sugar.
- Add the milk and wheat flour little by little, beating constantly.
- Out of the mixer, add the snow whites, mixing with a spatula or fouet.
- Finally, gently mix in the baking powder.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
