- Margarine or Butter2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Beat the egg whites and reserve.
- Mix the yolks, sugar and butter.
- Add the sifted flour, milk and cornstarch. Beat until homogenized, add the snow whites and the yeast.
- Put it in a greased and floured form, I always use sugar in place of the flour to sprinkle the form. ⚠️ Electric oven ⚡️ My oven is electric so I let it heat for 20 minutes on the bottom rack. After that I leave another 10 minutes with the double heating of the two trivets. The top and the bottom!
