Misturar as gemas o açúcar e a manteiga.

Adicionar a farinha peneirada, leite e a maisena. Bater até homogeneizar, adicionar as claras em neve e o fermento. 

Add the sifted flour, milk and cornstarch. Beat until homogenized, add the snow whites and the yeast.

Colocar em uma forma untada e farinhada, eu sempre uso açúcar no lugar da farinha para polvilhar a forma. 

⚠️ Forno elétrico ⚡️ 
Meu forno é elétrico então eu deixo 20 minutos com o aquecimento dele só na trempe de baixo. Após isso eu deixo mais uns 10 minutos com o aquecimento duplo das duas trempes. A superior e a inferior! 

Put it in a greased and floured form, I always use sugar in place of the flour to sprinkle the form.

⚠️ Electric oven ⚡️
My oven is electric so I let it heat for 20 minutes on the bottom rack. After that I leave another 10 minutes with the double heating of the two trivets. The top and the bottom!
