Simple bread cake

Na batedeira coloque as claras e bata até
ponto neve, acrescente as gemas, o açúcar até ficar uma espuma bem bonita, depois coloque o leite ou a água
A farinha de trigo peneirada junto com o chocolate em pó 
Por último o Fermento em pó
(Obs: a farinha e o chocolate em pó 
Misture a mão mesmo assim a massa fica mais fofinha)
O bolo fica super fofinho e levinho

Mousse de doce de leite simples:
♡
1 lata de leite condensado cozida
Ou 400 gr de doce de leite pronto
200 ml de chantilly batido
Nozes picada ou amendoim, castanhas..

Bata o chantilly
Coloque o doce de leite aos poucos
Depois as nozes.
♡
Fiz um ganache simples 
Coloquei por cima do bolo e fiz 
Esse mesclado rústico🤭
