Ripe and mashed medium bananas4 unit(s)
Eggs2 unit(s)
Sugar1 cup
Oil1/2 cup
Wheat flour2 cup
Baking powder for cakes1 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder (optional)1 tablespoon

Mash the bananas with a fork and set aside.
In the mixer the eggs and sugar until it becomes a homogeneous cream, add the oil and beat until well mixed. Add the mashed bananas that were reserved.
Put the wheat flour and mix with a spatula, add the cinnamon and baking powder.
Put the dough in a greased shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 35 min, or until it bakes. Do the toothpick test.
