- Corn oil150 ml
- Sugar90 g
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Lemon zest and icing sugar for garnish to taste
- I started by mixing the eggs and sugar well with the help of a whisk. I added the oil and lemon juice, sieved the flour and added the dough, finally the yeast and a few lemon zest.
- I poured the dough in a greased and floured shape and took it to the preheated oven at 200° for 40 min. Remove from the oven, unmold and decorate with sugar and lemon zest.
