- Beat the eggs, carrot, oil and sugar in a blender. Beat until it becomes a very smooth cream. In a large bowl, sift the flour and baking powder, add the cream from the blender and mix until smooth. Put the mixture in a shape, I used a 20cm one and take it to the preheated oven at 180°. *I used the 240ml cup *Sieve the flour for the cake to be light * Preheated oven is essential *Do not open the oven before 20 minutes *Don't put too much carrot so it doesn't bruise (get heavy)
