3 large eggs 1 cup soy oil 1 cup granulated sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon yeast 2 small or one medium peeled carrots.

Simple and delicious carrot cake


Bata no liquidificador os ovos, a cenoura, o óleo e o açúcar. Bata tem até virar um creme bem liso.
Em uma vasilha grande peneire a farinha de trigo e o fermento, acrescente o creme do liquidificador e misture até ficar homogêneo.
Coloque a mistura numa forma, usei uma de 20cm e leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180°.

*Usei a xícara de 240ml
*Peneire a farinha para o bolo ficar levinho
*Forno pré aquecido é fundamental
*Não abra o forno antes de 20 minutos 
*Não coloque muita cenoura para não embatumar (ficar pesado)


Beat the eggs, carrot, oil and sugar in a blender. Beat until it becomes a very smooth cream.
In a large bowl, sift the flour and baking powder, add the cream from the blender and mix until smooth.
Put the mixture in a shape, I used a 20cm one and take it to the preheated oven at 180°.

*I used the 240ml cup
*Sieve the flour for the cake to be light
* Preheated oven is essential
*Do not open the oven before 20 minutes
*Don't put too much carrot so it doesn't bruise (get heavy)
