- Wheat flour | 1 cup
- Butter | 75 g
- Vanilla Extract | 1/2 tablespoon
- Sugar | 1/4 cup
- Add the flour, sugar, butter and vanilla essence. Knead well with your hands until you form a smooth dough. Wrap the dough with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 3 parts. Form a roll with each portion and cut into 2 cm slices. Transfer to the baking sheet, leaving space for each
- Bake at 180° for about 25 minutes.
