- lemon to taste
- mix the yogurt with the gelatin until the gelatin dissolves and set aside
- in another container, preferably a large one (a mixer), place the eggs and sugar and mix until smooth.
- then add the oil (use the yogurt cup to measure).
- add the gelatin-yoghurt mixture and mix until smooth.
- gradually add the wheat flour, then add the yeast
- put in the oven for 45 minutes
- Coverage: mix the condensed milk with the lemon, then put it in the fridge
- After the cake has cooled, unmold and place the frosting.
