- Sour cream200 ml
- Egg Yolk3 unit(s)
- Egg white3 unit(s)
- Water100 ml
- Chocolate powder8 tablespoon
- Refined sugar11 tablespoon
- Caramelize the bottom of a pudding mold with sugar and set aside.
- Bring the water, the chocolate and 2 tablespoons of sugar to a boil and let it boil until it thickens a little.
- Place in the caramelized form and take it to the freezer for 1 hour.
- In another pan, place the condensed milk, milk and egg yolks and bring to a boil. Then wait for it to cool.
- Beat the egg whites with 3 tablespoons of sugar until they form a firm meringue.
- Then fold in the cream. Slowly mix with the cooled cream.
- Put it in the shape and take it to the freezer for approximately 4/6 hours.
- To unmold, run a knife around it or place it in a bowl with hot water. Quickly place on plate and serve immediately.
