  • Milk chocolate bar7 unit(s)
  • Canned cream3 unit(s)
  • Strawberries800 g
  • Sugar400 g
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Strawberries to garnish to taste
  1. Place the cookies in a food processor or blender and grind until it becomes a flour. Add the melted butter and beat some more.
  2. Line a removable bottom shape with the cookies, make small holes with the fork and take it to the preheated oven, at 180 degrees until lightly golden.
  3. Melt the chocolate with the cream and set aside in the refrigerator.
  4. For the strawberry jam, in a pan add the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well until it reaches the consistency of jelly.
  5. With the cold pasta, add half of the chocolate ganache. Place in the freezer to firm up. Once firm, add the strawberry jam.
  6. Take it to the freezer to firm up and then put the other half of the chocolate ganache. Take to the fridge for approximately 6 hours and decorate with fresh strawberries.
