- Chemical Baking Powder1/2 tablespoon
- Strawberries300 g
- Condensed Milk395 g
- 2 Measures (from the can) of Ninho Forti Liquid Milk + Whole Milk2 ml
- Corn Starch1/2 cup
- Dark Chocolate Tablets3 unit(s)
- Sour Cream1 can(s)
- Cake: In a mixer, beat the whites in snow and without stopping beating add the yolks, sugar and beat very well.
- Turn off the mixer, mix and gradually add the sifted wheat flour, chocolate powder and baking powder.
- Place in a greased shape with butter and flour.
- Bake in a medium-high oven (200°C) for 40 minutes.
- Filling: Cut the strawberries into slices.
- In a pan, place the condensed milk, the milk and the corn starch, take it to the high fire, always stirring until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and add two semisweet chocolate chips.
- Stir until the chocolate melts and incorporates into the cream, when it cools, mix it with the cream.
- Divide the cake dough into two parts, fill with half the cream and the strawberries, and cover with the rest of the cream. Then just serve!
