- Chocolate powder1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- Nesquik4 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Granules to taste
- Separate the yolks from the whites, beat the whites until stiff and set aside.
- In a bowl, place the yolks, sugar and butter, beat with the help of an electric mixer until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- Then add the wheat flour alternating with milk, then add the chocolate.
- Finally, add the snow whites, mix gently. Pour the dough into a greased shape, put it in a preheated oven at 180°C, for 40 min, or until you do the toothpick test and it comes out clean.
- For the brigadeiro sensation: mix the ingredients, take it to the low fire and as soon as it starts to boil leave it for 2 minutes it will be ready.
- After the brigadeiro is ready, pour it over the baked cake and decorate with sprinkles.
