- Shredded Coconut100 g
- Whole milk200 ml
- Strawberry Tray1 unit(s)
- Powdered milk1/5 cup
- Plastic film1 unit(s)
- In the blender, place the condensed milk, the cream, the grated coconut, the whole milk and the powdered milk.
- Beat everything, add a cream of milk and beat everything again until smooth.
- Put it in an ice cream pot and put it in the freezer until it starts to freeze.
- Transfer to the mixer (if it is very frozen, use a spoon to soften), beat everything until it increases the volume, for 10 min.
- Transfer to the half pudding mold. Note: no need to grease.
- Put half of the strawberries, put the rest of the dough and add the rest of the strawberries.
- Cover the shape with plastic film and take it to the freezer until it turns into ice cream.
