- Caster sugar (1 1/3)1 cup
- Parmesan cheese or half cure1 cup
- Unsalted butter at room temperature1 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Whole milk1 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to 180*. Grease and flour a mold with a hole in the middle.
- Beat the eggs in a mixer until they triple in volume. Add the sugar little by little and continue beating.
- Add the freshly grated cheese (do not use packet cheese, as it changes the flavor). Add the butter to the ointment point and continue beating.
- With a spatula alternate between flour and milk. Finally, add the baking soda and stir some more.
- Place in the mold and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
- *Standard 240ml cup.*
