  • Caster sugar (1 1/3)1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese or half cure1 cup
  • Unsalted butter at room temperature1 cup
  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Whole milk1 cup
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  1. Preheat the oven to 180*. Grease and flour a mold with a hole in the middle.
  2. Beat the eggs in a mixer until they triple in volume. Add the sugar little by little and continue beating.
  3. Add the freshly grated cheese (do not use packet cheese, as it changes the flavor). Add the butter to the ointment point and continue beating.
  4. With a spatula alternate between flour and milk. Finally, add the baking soda and stir some more.
  5. Place in the mold and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
  6. *Standard 240ml cup.*
