Deixe o sago de molho em agua fria por 15 minutos

Soak the sago in cold water for 15 minutes.

Coloque o sagu em 5 xícaras de agua para ferver por 10 minutos

Put the sago in 5 cups of water to boil for 10 minutes.

Acresecente o vinho, o cravo e a canela e uma xicara de água. Deixa cozinhar por mais 15 minutos 

Add the wine, cloves and cinnamon and a cup of water. Let it cook for another 15 minutes

Antes de desligar o fogo acrescente a açúcar

Before turning off the heat, add the sugar.

Coloque em um recipiente e leve à geladeira
