- Unflavored Sago2 cup
- Red wine3 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Water for cooking sago1.5 l
- condensed milk1 to taste
- Boil the sago in the water until it becomes transparent, always stirring until it doesn't stick or clump.
- As soon as it cooks, throw some of the slime away and add more water.
- Add in the pan on the fire and put the sugar, wine and leave for 10 minutes on the fire.
- Remove from heat and place in the fridge to cool and thicken.
- Garnish with condensed milk to taste and serve.
