- Green Corn Sachet2 unit(s)
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Milk1 l
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Sour cream200 g
- Corn starch4 tablespoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Beat the green corn in the blender (already drained the water) along with the milk for 4 (four) minutes.
- Add the cornstarch, margarine and beat for another 1 (one) minute.
- Take this mixture to a pan and add the condensed milk and the cream.
- Mix well and place over medium heat.
- Stir occasionally so the curau doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Keep stirring until it thickens and when it starts to bubble, let it cook for another 5 (five) minutes (do not stop stirring).
- Remove from heat, wait for it to cool.
- Put in jars and put in the fridge.
- Note: you can sprinkle ground cinnamon on top (optional)
