  • Green Corn Sachet2 unit(s)
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Milk1 l
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Corn starch4 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon to taste
  1. Beat the green corn in the blender (already drained the water) along with the milk for 4 (four) minutes.
  2. Add the cornstarch, margarine and beat for another 1 (one) minute.
  3. Take this mixture to a pan and add the condensed milk and the cream.
  4. Mix well and place over medium heat.
  5. Stir occasionally so the curau doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
  6. Keep stirring until it thickens and when it starts to bubble, let it cook for another 5 (five) minutes (do not stop stirring).
  7. Remove from heat, wait for it to cool.
  8. Put in jars and put in the fridge.
  9. Note: you can sprinkle ground cinnamon on top (optional)
