Egg white

Bata a clara em neve na batedeira até dobrar de tamanho.

Whip the egg whites in a stand mixer until doubled in size.

Adicione a essência de baunilha e, aos poucos, o açúcar de confeiteiro, sempre batendo.

Add the vanilla essence and gradually the icing sugar, beating constantly.

Por fim, quando a mistura estiver homogênea, adicione o corante alimentício, se desejado, conforme instruções do próprio corante. 

Finally, when the mixture is homogeneous, add the food coloring, if desired, as per the instructions of the coloring itself.

Colocar em um saco de confeiteiro e cobrir biscoitos ou bolos. 

Place in a piping bag and cover cookies or cakes.
